The ICB Digital Team in Birmingham and Solihull is seeking a full-time Clinical System Officer who is passionate about utilizing digital health technologies to enhance patient outcomes.

The NHS Long-Term Plan acknowledges that better patient access to high-quality treatment requires a digital transformation of primary care.

Every patient in England will have access to Digital First primary care, providing quick and easy access to primary care. The Digital Team is currently working on several cutting-edge transformation projects, including cloud-based telephony, Digital First, digitalizing Lloyd George records, and introducing new GP clinical systems to the market.

In addition to managing a group of Clinical System Specialists, the role holder will be in charge of developing clinical decision procedures and clinical system reporting.

As the Clinical System Officer, you will be in charge of developing and managing clinical decision pathways under the guidance of the physicians and line manager.

It will be necessary for you to interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and convey extremely complex information.

You will have to collaborate closely with commissioners, PCN, Practice, ICS, and the general public, in addition to important stakeholders and service users.
