You will be accustomed to the majority of your duties as an experienced registered nurse, including monitoring vital signs, performing triage, treating illnesses, administering medications, and counseling on how to live a safe and healthy lifestyle. • Collaborate with physicians/outside providers affiliated with Worker’s Compensation, Safety, and Disney in order to streamline the treatment procedure for work-related illnesses or injuries.
• Daily quality assurance checks identify any errors or omissions.
• Participate in a local continuing education course or pursue an additional certification; Disney will cover the annual certification fee in addition to the majority of approved courses.

Qualifications of Registered Nurse Jobs

• Three or more years of experience as a registered nurse is required.
• Present CPR certification, a valid California RN license, and the physical capacity to perform all procedures
• Proficient in interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; possesses a genuine, empathetic bedside demeanor.
• Understanding of Worker’s Compensation and OSHA regulations, recordkeeping, and procedures
• Physical endurance to stand for extended periods of time in order to walk, lift, squat, push, drag, and/or carry 25-pound objects.
• Excellent vision and hearing, as well as complete dexterity of the hands to assess patients and manipulate, feel, or control instruments and objects.
• Extensive time management expertise and a strong commitment to providing optimal care and service to patients
• Capacity and willingness to collaborate in a team environment
• Vigilant dedication to safeguarding patient confidentiality

In California, the annual salary range for this position is $113,300 to $84,500, assuming a 40-hour workweek. The weekly work schedule is subject to change in accordance with business requirements. In addition to internal equity considerations, the actual base salary may vary based on a variety of other factors, including the candidate’s geographic location, job-related expertise, abilities, and experience.
