Essential Criteria of Aged Care Jobs

  • Possessing a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent experience in the Aged Care sector, along with proficient communication abilities and the capacity to cultivate empathetic connections with residents,
  • Prior experience with medication administration
  • Police clearance that is valid for a minimum of six months (or can be obtained during the interview process)
  • NDIS screening check (or agreement to undergo one during the interview phase)
  • Supporting Documentation of COVID Vaccinations (Including Booster, if Eligible) and Flu
  • Competence in a pre-employment medical examination
  • available to participate in a mandatory one-week induction at our Rivervale Training Institute (Monday through Friday).
