Vulnerable children and adolescents who are residing with family members who are undergoing intensive support or are unable to reside with their own families are assisted by our Care and Placement Services Program.

The Care and Placement Services Support Worker is responsible for providing direct assistance to children and young individuals who are enrolled in out-of-home care services. The incumbent will provide support to children and young individuals in performing activities of daily living while also motivating them to create and execute approaches that foster positive conduct. Support Workers will collaborate with the broader care team to promote the development and physical and emotional health of children and adolescents.
