• Prior knowledge of HIQA regulations and residential services work experience
• Prior professional experience in the field of intellectual disability, including working with individuals diagnosed with autism and behaviors of concern
• Adopt an approach that is centered on the individual, enabling service users to optimize their autonomy and cultivate significant social responsibilities.
• Capability to manage time efficiently while working independently and collaboratively.
• Dedication to encouraging the participation and active engagement of service users in their
• nearby localities
• A valid, spotless driver’s manual license is required, or a commitment to complete a test within a nine-month probationary period.
• Level 1 behavioral competencies from the Avista competency framework are required of applicants.
