Requirements for Caregiver Jobs in Orange California

• At least 18 years of age, or in possession of the appropriate work permit and authorization paperwork
• Diploma from high school or its equivalent
• Certification in nursing aid is preferred.
• Current certification in first aid
• Background checks in accordance with governmental mandates
• Obtain negative tuberculosis test results from a health examination (within the last six months or within seven days of employment).
• Although prior caregiving experience is preferable, candidates who possess the appropriate attitude and desire may also receive on-the-job training.
