  • WelbeHealth participants should receive personal care and assistance with ADLs (activities of daily living), such as escorting, toileting, bathing, dressing, hygiene, meal, and laundry assistance, among others.
  • As directed, record and quantify the vital indicators of the participants.
  • As directed, assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from WelbeHealth vehicles and serve as a medical escort.
  • Observe day center floor activity to ensure the welfare of participants.
  • Provide meal service support by ensuring that participants are served the appropriate meals and assisting with feeding as needed.
  • Assist individuals in safely entering and exiting their residences and serve as a medical escort on vehicles and to designated medical appointments, as directed.
  • Maintain items of personal care, including incontinence supplies and items for personal hygiene.
