The Customer Success Representative is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts on a daily basis. • Serve as a client advocate and product expert for assigned clients.
• Develop and implement scalable customer communication strategies for best practices.
• Identify accounts at risk, take corrective action, and/or escalate as required.
• Deliver remote services to new and existing clients, including software installation and configuration, onboarding, and training. Collaborate with the professional services, technical support, and regional sales teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
• Regularly monitor customer health and report results to the regional sales, support, and renewals teams.
• Ensure positive customer experiences through proactive management and expansion of customer relationships, including the identification of key stakeholders.
• Work closely with customers on renewals throughout the customer journey to maximize customer retention.
• Develop direct relationships with sales teams in order to propel expansions.
• Review customer requests with technical support, product management, and the regional sales team, and escalate as required.

• Develop, educate, and cultivate advocates among customers.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent
• Two or more years of comparable experience as a customer success manager, help desk manager, support engineer, professional services consultant, or sales engineer
• Knowledge of privilege access management and best practices in cybersecurity
• Direct comfort with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographic customers, preferably at the director level.
• Capability to comprehend advanced technical aspects of products and to provide business and technical solutions to assist customers in optimizing their use of solutions
• Salesforce and Customer Success Management platform expertise
• Capability to multitask, solve problems, and operate cross-functionally in a dynamic setting.
• Superior oral and written communication abilities

• Experience with various Privilege Access Service solutions, including CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, etc.
