The Customer Success Representative is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts on a daily basis. What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent
  • Two or more years of comparable experience as a customer success manager, help desk manager, support engineer, professional services consultant, or sales engineer
  • Knowledge of privilege access management and best practices in cybersecurity
  • Direct comfort with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographic customers, preferably at the director level.
  • Capability to comprehend advanced technical aspects of products and to provide business and technical solutions to assist customers in optimizing their use of solutions
  • Salesforce and Customer Success Management platform expertise
  • Capability to multitask, solve problems, and operate cross-functionally in a dynamic setting.
  • Superior oral and written communication abilities
