Where you will be working

You will be employed at Gresham House, a CQC-accredited Outstanding 12-bed service that assists individuals who may be living with moderate cognitive disabilities, autism, and comorbid health conditions.

• As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will assist individuals throughout their care pathway. They will either be relocating from a family home or a community placement as their need for more structured care and support increases.
• You will be assigned to work shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., in addition to a biweekly weekend assignment.
• Permanent, full-time, 35-hour contract. Optional extra hours are available upon request.
