Responsibilities of Health Care Assistant Jobs

Responsibilities will ensure a superior level of care through diligent adherence to patient personal hygiene, preservation of tissue integrity, provision of pressure area care, documentation of observations, communication with patients’ families and the general public, and collaboration with colleagues to facilitate a positive patient experience. We are capable of providing a diverse selection of employment prospects, encompassing both full-time and part-time positions across a seven-day timetable that includes early, late, and night duty.

Those who demonstrate competence after March may be transferred to an alternative ward.

• Food and beverage provision for patients and assistance as required
• Providing patient escort and assistance with activities such as bathing, dressing, and using the restroom
• Contributing to epidermis and wound management
• Documenting and recording patient observations, such as body temperature
• Using conversation and observation to identify indicators of deterioration and progression, and promptly escalating any such concerns that are identified.
• Communicating with social workers, physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and attendants
• Assisting with ward operations, such as attending to the requirements of visitors and patients

• You will receive clinical training upon commencement and be assisted in obtaining the Care Certificate within the initial three months of your employment.
