Part time or casual applications are being accepted from qualified health care workers interested in joining the residential aged care team at MHS in Port Fairy. Casual or ongoing part-time positions (32 hours per week) are available.

There are both day and night schedules available; if you have a preference, please indicate so in your cover letter. The principal aim of the Health Care Worker position is to deliver optimal care to the patient. As a member of a large care team, the Health Care Worker ensures that each consumer receives care that is tailored to their specific preferences and supports them in leading the life of their choice.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Certificate of Age Care/Home and Community Care, Levels III or IV, with an RTO-approved Medication Module

MHS administers a 12-bed acute hospital, 2 Aged Care Residences with a combined capacity of 82 beds, primary and community care services, social support group programs, and allied health services.
