The principal aim of the Health Care Worker position is to deliver optimal care to the patient. About You

Minimum qualifications:

• Certificate of Age Care/Home and Community Care, Levels III or IV, with an RTO-approved Medication Module

Key Selection Criteria (essential):

• Expertise in caring for elderly, fragile individuals

• Comprehend the Quality Standards for Aging Care

Moyne Health Services, an integrated healthcare service, operates as a public, not-for-profit entity in the Moyne Shire, assisting in the fulfillment of healthcare requirements within the Port Fairy area and its environs. MHS administers a 12-bed acute hospital, 2 Aged Care Residences with a combined capacity of 82 beds, primary and community care services, social support group programs, and allied health services.
