Position Summary:

The responsibility of supervising a DASCH home lies with the location supervisor, who offers guidance to the personnel and provides direct assistance to the residents. The location supervisor is accountable, with the assistance of the program manager, for ensuring the provision of high-quality, individualized assistance and cultivating a secure and pleasant home environment. Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, full-time (no weekends permitted).
  • The workday schedule consists of a combination of direct support duties from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and 9 a.m. to 5:00 pm. Changes in administrative duties
  • Flexibility to respond to emergencies while on call
    • From Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m.
    • Today is Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Flexibility in work hours is required based on position requirements.

Skills & Qualifications of Home Supervisors in Winnipeg
