Qualifications of Home Health Aide Jobs

  • A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred.
  • As required by 42 CFR Section 484.4 and Section 484.36 for the personnel qualifications of a home health aide.
  • Provide supporting documentation of 75 hours of training by 42 CFR Section 484.36(a)(1).
  • Supporting documentation demonstrating that the home health aide has completed a competency evaluation program by 42 C.F.R. Section 484.36(b).
