For this position, a Human Service Degree* plus relevant related experience, a Social Work Certificate plus relevant related experience, or a Bachelor of Social Work or Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work from an accredited university with approval from the SASW/CASW or CASWE are all required. All out-of-country education must be evaluated for Canadian equivalency accreditation.

  • Human Service Degrees consist of a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and/or Psychology, Education, Human Justice, Indigenous Studies, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing, in addition to relevant related work experience.
  • The successful candidate will be required to travel, work flexible hours that may include evenings and weekends, and transport minors (or their parents) in the delivery of services.
