WHAT DO WE PAY OUR STAFF?

Our LPNs are compensated an exceptional $35 per hour, in addition to additional incentives. Since you will be an employee of Plan A, tax deductions will be made from your paychecks. WHAT DO THE TRAVEL INCENTIVES LOOK LIKE?

If you are traveling 75 kilometers one-way from your current location, you will qualify for the following:

  • A meal allowance of $50 per day, or $250 per week, for full-time employees who work five shifts per week.

WHAT DOES WORKING FOR PLAN A LOOK LIKE?

We will then arrange for you to assist at the facility (or facilities) that correspond to your availability and the requirements of our facilities.

HOW WILL I BE SCHEDULED?

Our facilities personnel are organized in one of two methods, so which one you prefer depends on the location:

You will be provided with access to our application, which will feature all available schedules posted by the facility. You will designate your most convenient schedules and reserve your spot for those shifts through the application. This is highly advantageous for individuals seeking flexibility to accommodate obligations such as child care or other employment commitments.

Additionally, you may wish to consider being appointed for shifts, in which case the facilities will provide you with a reservation for the next two, three, or four weeks, assuring you that you are aware of the shifts in advance. This is highly advantageous for individuals who are consistently accessible for weekday shifts!

IS THEIR OVERTIME HOURS AVAILABLE?

Yes! After working 44 hours of regular paid hours, overtime pay is provided. Additionally, both part-time and full-time hours are offered.
