Duties and Responsibilities of NHS Healthcare Assistant Jobs

Review cases upon assignment and report, then manage cases by internal and client SLAs and KPIs.

  • Help others with their cases and database/MI responsibilities.
  • Management of junior squad members
  • Perform client secondments as necessary.
  • Finish client BI procedures and databases.
  • Meet financial and billable hour objectives
  • On one’s proceedings
  • Visit NHS Trusts to obtain witness statements.
  • Ensure compliance with pertinent deadlines, quality measures, and KIPS. Comply with pertinent policies and procedures.
  • Work according to Weightman’s principles.

About You

You will be an attorney with 1 to 4 years of experience. We expect you to have a flexible approach to your work and the ability to adapt to various tasks due to the role’s diversity. We also require that you possess or be:

  • Must have prior clinical defendant experience with NHS Resolution.
  • Experience providing additional healthcare-related counsel would be favored.
  • Knowledge of CPR procedures and demonstrated technical skill
  • Capability to adhere to stringent timetables and deadlines
  • Ability to operate independently and as part of a team
