A part-time position is currently available at our purpose-built Aegis Sandstrom Facility in inner-city Mount Lawley, surrounded by stately federation residences. Aegis Aged Care Group is currently seeking occupational therapists who possess a strong dedication to improving the well-being of our deserving residents. This position provides the chance to deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services of superior quality, in accordance with our resident-centered, holistic care philosophy.

You will have the daily responsibility of evaluating the residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being in order to determine their occupational performance capacity with regard to all facets of activities of daily living (ADLs). You will collaborate with residents and their significant others to determine their occupational aspirations, requirements, and preferences in order to provide input for resident-led, goal-directed care planning.
