Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
- GCSE (Grade 4 or higher in English and Maths) or equivalent qualifications/experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and data management.
- Understanding of patient confidentiality regulations (Data Protection Act 1998).
- Ability to handle distressed or anxious patients and caregivers with professionalism.
Desirable:
- Experience working within elective care pathways or data quality teams.
- NVQ Level 3 in healthcare or equivalent experience.
- Experience with NHS-specific systems such as Careflow, Dragon, ICE, and Qliksense.
- Training in motivational interviewing and mentoring.
