During this time, you will work within your ward or unit and receive all necessary training and support to ensure you are prepared for your OSCE. Once you pass and are recognized as a fully NMC Registered Nurse, your compensation will be increased to £34,536 per year (these salaries do not include shift allowance, which will be added based on the types of shifts you work).
