We seek a registered nurse to join our Home Living team and provide professional support services to clients of all ages and stages in their residences. As a self-directed team member for ongoing care, the registered nurse is a good team player and is in charge of figuring out what the client needs, giving them the right therapeutic nursing services according to professional practice standards, coordinating resources, setting goals for how the services will be delivered, and evaluating the results.

Additionally, this position necessitates the case management of clients and the direct delivery of client care that complies with accepted clinical standards, is evidence-based, and is client-centered. The registered nurse serves as a consultant on the team, providing clinical guidance to other team members regarding their respective cases. In collaboration with the client and case manager, the direct RN plans care to address the client’s unmet nursing requirements, utilizing the appropriate internal and external resources through nursing assessment and interventions.

This is a designated float position supporting Southeast Home Care. The successful candidate may be scheduled to work a variety of shifts and will be assigned, based on need, to specific geographical teams to provide primary coverage for open shifts.

Please observe: Provisional permit holders must be compensated between $35.87 and $43.82 per hour.
