Responsibilities of Senior Care Assistant Jobs
- Advocating for the personal growth of care staff,
- Assessments of caregiver spot inspections and medication competency
- Conducting assessments of new service users and formulating individualized care plans
- Reviews by service users
- Assisting the care coordinators as needed
- Medication auditing
- As needed, perform on-call duties (including additional compensation).

This position devotes 37.5 hours per week to both administrative and care responsibilities. The monthly salary consists of ten days of on-call work.
