With this in-house assignment, you will be a member of the contingent workforce pool; however, you will be a W-2 Tenet employee and don a Tenet employee badge, allowing you to blend in as a member of staff and not stand out as a contractor. You will have direct access to Tenet’s hiring managers, and if you ever become a permanent employee at a Tenet facility, your tenure will be established.
