Main Line Health is now providing nursing students with the opportunity to acquire valuable clinical experience while maintaining their school and personal obligations. We offer year-round, part-time, salaried positions in the majority of clinical specialties on all schedules. This is a unique opportunity to prepare for the clinical environment after graduation.

The Nurse Extern Program is intended for nursing students currently enrolled in a program. You will have the opportunity to work in a medical, surgical, or telemetry facility for acute care. Typical duties include morning and evening care, EKGs, blood glucose monitoring and finger probes, and phlebotomy instruction.

The System Travel Agility Team (STAT) functions as an internal float department, increasing our flexibility in patient care services and developing a plan to meet the future demands of our acute care units. STAT Nurse Externs have the opportunity to expand their experience by being designated shifts and caring for patients at all of our Main Line Health Hospitals, including Lankenau Medical Center, Bryn Mawr Hospital, Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, Paoli Hospital, and Riddle Hospital.

Qualifications of Travel Nurse Jobs in USA
